Daytime Center Support

Who We Are

Sarah's Circle's Daytime Support Center provides a safe, welcoming space where women experiencing homelessness can access essential resources, build community, and receive compassionate support. Through case management, basic needs services, and a sense of belonging, we empower participants as they work toward housing stability and long-term independence.

What We Do

Daytime Support volunteers work alongside staff to create a warm, welcoming environment for women visiting our Daytime Support Center. Volunteers assist with a variety of daily operations, including greeting participants and visitors, answering phones, organizing and distributing mail and toiletries, supporting workshops and activities, assisting with laundry and meal service, and helping maintain shared spaces.

Depending on the day's needs, volunteers may also assist with receiving and organizing donations, which can involve occasional heavy lifting.

Every task helps ensure our participants feel welcomed, respected, and supported while accessing the services and community offered at Sarah's Circle. Volunteers should be flexible and ready to support staff wherever help is needed.
